This year, the Dine Out Lauderdale experience comes right to B Ocean Resort at The Wreck Bar, where Executive Chef Diego Malave has curated a special three-course menu for the occasion. Available August 1 through September 30, the $60++ three-course dinner begins with a choice of heirloom tomato salad featuring fresh figs, burrata, basil, arugula and white balsamic dressing, or tuna ceviche with passion fruit tiger’s milk, avocado yuzu purée, mango and rice nori chips. For the main course, guests can choose grilled branzino served with bacon, spinach and pea stew and beurre blanc, or an herb-crusted filet accompanied by butternut squash purée, roasted asparagus and red wine reduction. Each entrée includes a paired glass of Josh Cellars wine. Dessert brings a choice between cheesecake ai frutti di bosco with berry coulis and fresh berries or classic tiramisu with mascarpone cream and cacao. Guests looking to make even more of the evening can add a $25++ wine and cocktail pairing enhancement, with selections thoughtfully matched to the different courses, including a White Negroni, Rombauer Chardonnay, Smith & Hook Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Prosecco and a RumChata Espresso Martini.
