What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-In starts after 4:00 PM

Check-Out ends at 11:00 AM

4PM is not a Room Ready Guarantee, is an estimated check in time. The Hotel staff will do their best to accommodate guests in their booked room types as soon as it becomes ready. In the meantime, We encourage our guests to use the complimentary luggage storage with Valet staff and enjoy the Resort’s amenities such as Food & Beverage outlets, the pool or beach areas.

No Charge check out period ends at 11:00AM. If an extension is desired, guests can extend* their check out time by contacting the Front Desk the day of departure, additional fees apply unless otherwise specified.

What is the minimum age to check-in?

The minimum age for checking in to our resort is 21. A valid form of ID and a credit card will be required upon check-in.

What is the policy on early departures?

Guests who check out prior to their confirmed departure date will be subject to an early departure fee. The fee amount is equivalent to one night’s room and tax (full stay for non-refundable reservations) and will be charged at the time of early check-out. To avoid this charge, please notify the front desk of any changes to your departure date at least 24 hours in advance or at check-in.

What payment options do you accept at the hotel?

We accept a variety of cashless payment methods, including credit and debit cards, mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as other digital payment applications. The cashless payment will be charged according to the posted payment instructions. Post-travel billing questions should be directed to our Accounting Department.

*Note the resort is cashless and will only accept the above methods of payment. Cash payment is not accepted throughout the Resort.

Will my credit card be charged when checking in?

Upon check-in, we will run an authorization on the credit card for the total room charges, plus $125.00 per room/per night for any potential incidental charges. The card will not be charged prior to check-out. If the card you are using is a debit card attached to a checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay in addition to the $125.00 per room/per night held in case of incidental charges. These funds may take up to ten business days or longer after your departure for your financial institution to return the funds.

Does the hotel charge a resort fee?

Our resort fee of $45 plus tax per room/per night includes private beach access, 2 bottles of B Hydrated water in-room daily, 2 beach lounge chairs daily (additional chairs available for an added fee), local and domestic long-distance telephone calls, custom beach cruiser bicycles for check-out use, outdoor games, children’s sand toys and beach sports equipment.

Does the hotel allow pets?

Pets are not allowed at the resort.

How many guests can stay in a room?

All standard guest rooms have a maximum occupancy of up to four persons in the room. Suites can accommodate four persons.

What amenities are included with the room?

Amenities include flat screen television(s), in-room mini refrigerator, Signature Blissful Bed®, Keurig coffee/tea maker, in-room safe, bath amenities.

Do you have ADA room available?

ADA compliant rooms are available to book upon request. Handicap friendly accommodations are offered on a limited basis. If you are interested in booking a special needs room, please contact us at (866) 990-6826 to verify availability and secure the room in advance.

Does the hotel offer rollaway beds?

Yes, the hotel offers rollaway beds. Rollaway beds are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A one-time $25 fee applies per rollaway bed. There is a limit of one rollaway bed per applicable room. All additional guests must register at the front desk. Availability is limited—please inquire at check-in.

How much does it cost to park at the hotel?

How far is it to the hotel from the airport?

Our hotel is located near both local area airports: 6 miles from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and 31 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA).

Do you provide transportation to/from the Airport?

We do not provide complimentary transportation to/from the airport. Our hotel is near Fort Lauderdale Airport (6 miles) – taxi cabs, Uber, Lyft and other group transportation options are available at a nominal cost.

Do you have on-site laundry facilities?

The hotel offers daily dry cleaning services. Laundry dropped off at the front desk before 9:00 AM will be returned on the same day by 6:30 PM.

Package Receiving Management and Luggage Storage

Yes, the resort can receive packages for a guest and hold luggage. However, starting February 1, 2025, the resort will charge guests for Package Receiving Management and Luggage Storage services.

I forgot an item, how can i retrieve it?

In the event an item is left behind or lost, please contact our Security Office to check if the item was turned in. If we do not have the item, the Security Officer will issue you a Control ID Number. Please visit www.ileftmystuff.com where you will enter the Control ID Number with a description of the item(s) you are looking for and the information needed to ship it back to you if found. This is the quickest way for your item to be retrieved and have the proper follow up from our lost and found department.
